Electronic device designed to open or close air inlets / windows / ridge vents / dampers, etc. The NEW OCM evolves towards a more robust, standardized and easy-to-configure system.

The new board has been designed to work natively with auxiliary inputs and the auxiliary heating and ventilation box, which is why we have simplified the references, leaving only two references, both prepared for auxiliary inputs and CVA.

Integration of unified multiprogram software that brings together all previous OCM versions. It allows the operating mode to be selected from the menu, without changing the microcontroller.

Natural ventilation (With our digital temperature probe)

Temperature control from 0ºC to 85ºC with 1ºC hysteresis.

Easy programming and reading of limit switches and control and operating parameters:  temperature, battery voltage, window position, maximum opening and minimum closing, etc.

Fault detection system and parameter storage during power outages.

Programmable thermal jump detection (recommendation: NOT LESS THAN 2º).

In the absence of 230 V: several options, take control by temperature, program emergency opening. Possibility of connecting an external device for the programmable priority command for opening or closing.

Forced ventilation (in addition to the previous operation):

– Option 1: As a slave: it is necessary to include our OFAs* (powered by 230 V).

Opening or closing of the windows according to external analog or digital signals.

In the absence of 230 V: two options, take control by temperature or emergency opening.

– Option 2: by adding our CVA* accessory (DP3 PROGRAM) and using the digital temperature probe already installed in our regulator, we activate the connection and disconnection of external devices for: ventilation, cooling, heating, or any type of device.
