About the Mechanical Stops
“Two motors on one regulator, control in your hands”
Mechanical Limit Switch
OSMO lift motors include an electronic limit switch integrated into their regulators. However, for added safety, a mechanical limit switch can be integrated into the motors to help prevent possible breakage of windows or cables caused by malfunctions due to factors external to the equipment, such as cable breakage, poor connections, storms, etc.
IMPORTANT:
- Never tamper with and/or remove the mechanical limit switch or its components integrated into the lift motor. This may distort the electronic program and prevent guaranteed operation.
- The mechanical stops are adjusted at the same time as the electronic limit switches are programmed in the OSMO regulator corresponding to the OSMO lift motor, in order to synchronize the travel of the air inlets.
